Desks can be assigned to different categories, which can be used to determine which information fields are visible. Desk categories can be added, modified, and removed.
1. In the Sidebar Menu, select Tools > Assets > Desk List and select an asset.
OR
Select a desk from a floorplan.
2. When the Desk Details form appears, click the Edit button.
3. At the bottom of the Desk Details form, select Edit Fields.
4. Select the dropdown marker to the right of the Category field name.
5. Adjust the Category values as needed.
6. Click the Save button to save any changes.
